Refunds
At our website, we understand that sometimes plans change and circumstances arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your booked session. While we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability, we do have certain policies in place to ensure fairness and consistency.
Please note that once a session is booked, we do not offer refunds or cash back. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling. However, we do offer the option to reschedule your session for a later date, subject to availability.
In the event that you need to reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a mutually agreeable date and time for your session.
Please also note that all cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, we may not be able to accommodate your request and the session may be forfeited.
